The HIC Training Academy was launched in 2019, providing educational training to small groups of supporting brokers face to face. The introduction of webinars transformed this initiative, allowing us to significantly extend our reach and provide valuable industry knowledge to a much broader audience of brokers, assessors and business partners. Today, the HIC Training Academy has become an important platform for sharing relevant, practical knowledge with the insurance industry. We deliberately source recognised experts in their respective fields to present on subjects that are directly relevant to the risks we insure. Our webinars go beyond general industry discussions, providing attendees with practical insight into risk assessment and risk management from a technical perspective, enabling them to better understand, identify and manage the risks faced by businesses.
